3D Designers and Chartered Architects in Cumbria - Ashton Design
All drawings are prepared using ArchiCad computer aided design software. This can produce three-dimensional models, video walk throughs and renders. 3D modelling can explore design ideas, show interior spaces and, using programmable sun direction, shading can be demonstrated. Sketch proposal models are easily understandable; Clients and Planning Officers can see at a glance exactly how a design will look and its interior spaces will work.
Where schemes are more unusual a 3D model can demonstrate reasons behind design decisions and will improve consultants' understanding of the proposals therefore increasing chances of approval. Rendered images can be used to advertise properties for sale before completion.
