Conversion of Barns to five Live Work-Units, Walton
This ongoing project is to find a new use for barns and a complete walled garden attached to a Listed house. Work includes the production of supporting documentation including a Design and Access statement. Extensive consultation has been undertaken with the Planning Officer, Conservation Officer, Highways department and the Tree Officer. The resulting application is for five live-works units designed with minimal impact on the original buildings.
