Self Build House, Buckabank, Dalston
Built in the garden of an existing house, the client had originally been told by the planning department that the site was not suitable and that planning permission would not be given owing to ribbon development. However, after careful design of a stop end scheme and further discussions with the Planning Officer this deceptively large house was given approval. The garden room has been recently added as an extension to the original design.
